In the second of this year's three-day Iljieli fit-Teatru series, Dr. Toni Sant and a panel of former friends and collaborators of Charles 'City' Gatt, will discuss (in Maltese)​ Charles's legacy in his various fields of interest, complemented by soothing Jazz classics by the Paul Giordimaina trio.
